STRATEGY
Instead of hosting a conventional brand launch or a transactional real estate showcase, Van Phu introduced a multi-sensory art exhibition titled “Touching Human-Centric Values.” This event marked a strategic shift from one-way communication to immersive experience placing audiences at the center of the brand narrative. At the heart of the strategy was a reverse content approach: using offline experience as the “source material” to fuel online conversation. Rather than treating social media as a distribution channel, the campaign positioned it as an amplification engine, where every physical interaction could be transformed into shareable digital content. The exhibition was designed as a highly “Instagrammable” artistic space, where each installation translated the philosophy of “Human-Centric Real Estate” into tangible, emotional experiences. Visitors were guided through curated zones reflecting connection between space, people, and community allowing them to not only observe but feel the brand’s values. This design intentionally encouraged organic social sharing. Every touchpoint from lighting and spatial storytelling to interactive installations was optimized to inspire user-generated content. As a result, each visitor became a voluntary storyteller and brand advocate, extending the campaign’s reach beyond the physical venue. To maximize impact, social media played a dual role: driving attendance and amplifying post-event engagement. Leveraging targeted social ads and geo-fencing, the campaign successfully converted online interest into real-world participation. At the same time, a network of KOLs and communities helped spark multi-dimensional conversations, transforming the event from a brand activation into a cultural dialogue about living values.By seamlessly integrating offline experience with online amplification, the event not only elevated brand perception but also demonstrated a new model for real estate marketing communications where meaningful experiences, rather than messages, become the most powerful drivers of engagement.
INSIGHT
Modern consumers have become increasingly fatigued with lifeless 3D renderings and static project models. The key insight is that they no longer want to simply hear about a philosophy, but want to experience and feel it through their senses. A premium, immersive art experience held at an iconic cultural venue, the Opera House, was designed to create a strong emotional connection and a sense of pride among participants. This environment naturally encouraged visitors to share their experiences on social media. By transforming an abstract philosophy into a tangible, multi-sensory journey, the event helped bridge the gap between brand message and real experience. Each interaction was designed to engage audiences emotionally and encourage participation, turning them from passive viewers into active contributors. This approach leveraged natural sharing behavior, as meaningful experiences in culturally significant spaces are more likely to be shared. As a result, the campaign was able to expand its reach organically while strengthening the brand’s positioning.
CREATIVE IDEA
The campaign’s creative execution adopted a social-led approach, with the event designed to break away from traditional real estate conventions. Instead of showcasing sales-driven elements such as scale models or project displays, the event removed all transactional components and replaced them with an immersive artistic experience. Through 360-degree light installations and live violin performances, the philosophy of “Human-Centric Real Estate” was expressed in a more emotional and experiential way. An O2O (Online-to-Offline) strategy was implemented to drive participation, leveraging social ads integrated with geofencing to precisely target audiences within the event’s surrounding areas. This was further amplified by a network of KOLs, including family and lifestyle creators, to create a strong sense of FOMO and encourage attendance. As a result, the campaign successfully generated over 5,300 registrations through the landing page. During the event, real-time social interaction was encouraged through a gamified experience titled “A Living Space That Understands You.” Participants were guided to identify their personal “human-centric measure,” with results visually designed for immediate sharing on social media. This not only stimulated user-generated content but also created strong social proof, reinforcing the brand’s credibility and scale.
CONNECTION PLAN
The connection plan focused on using the exhibition “Touching Human-Centric Values” as the key bridge between social media and real-world experience. Unlike traditional real estate events, the exhibition was designed as a “no scale model” concept, removing all sales-driven elements and replacing them with a multi-sensory artistic experience. Through light installations and live music, visitors were able to directly experience and feel the philosophy of “Human-Centric Real Estate,” instead of simply being told about it. To drive attendance, social media played a central role in converting online interest into offline participation. A targeted O2O strategy was implemented using social ads integrated with geofencing, focusing on audiences within close proximity to the venue. This ensured high relevance and immediacy, increasing the likelihood of action. At the same time, KOLs and community pages amplified the event by creating relatable and timely content, building a strong sense of FOMO and positioning the exhibition as a must-visit experience. This combination of precise targeting and social influence successfully drove over 5,300 registrations. After attending, visitors continued the journey online by sharing their experiences, turning the event into a continuous social conversation and reinforcing the connection between physical experience and digital amplification.
